All interested in meeting via Zoom to practice group and distant healing in a virtual circle of energy practitioners are welcome. These monthly circles have been very supportive and healing. Cirque Journal and Gallagher Book Launch

I will read as one of several authors at the book launch of Surrounded by Weasels by Tess Gallagher and Josey Gray, and the Cirque Journal #29, at the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center! Although I am not a contributor, I’ve been invited to read nonetheless, and am honored.

OncoLink.org continues to publish my cancer poetry. May 2025 they posted my 10-part series poem, “Breaking Through the Storms” with watercolors inspired by these communications between me and my family members.
Olympic Peninsula Authors selected my poem “Varied Ixoreus Thrush” for its 2025 Poetry in the Park exhibit, “Sounds of Summer” at Port Angeles Fine Arts Center’s Webster Woods Sculpture Garden.
Silver Birch Journal published my “Favorite Things” poem called “The In-Between” on April 21, 2025.
Amethyst Review published two of my poems this spring: “Elegy to a Cancer Altar” in March and “What Can I Say About Eating Raisins in the Storm?” in April.
I read two cancer poems to fight ableism at the Imprint Bookstore in Port Townsend. The evening of January 20, 2025 readings were themed on Solidarity, Resilience & Togetherness. I read two poems, “Stigmatized and Written Off” and “I’m Not the Heroine of Your Cancer Novel.”
I read two ekphrastic poems from the book, Inspired by Art: Olympic Peninsula Authors and Artists: “Salmon Parent” and “Doors of Unknown Significance” at the Stadium Generale, Peninsula College of Port Angeles, on January 9, 2025.
